MCNM Digital Marketing Services Return and Refund Policy

MCNM is committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services tailored to our clients’ needs. Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refunds for Completed Services

Due to the labor, time, and resources involved in delivering digital marketing services, all completed services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • SEO optimization
  • Paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Social media management
  • Content creation
  • Website development
  • Branding and graphic design

2. Refund Eligibility

MCNM may offer a partial refund or credit only under the following circumstances:

  • The client cancels the service before any work has begun.
  • MCNM fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the stated timeline due to internal errors (excluding delays caused by the client).
  • The service provided does not align with the signed contract or agreed-upon service package.

3. Cancellations and Contract Termination

Clients who enter a contract with MCNM for ongoing services (e.g., monthly retainer contracts) must adhere to the agreed-upon cancellation terms:

  • Month-to-month services: Require at least 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
  • Fixed-term contracts (3, 6, or 12 months): Clients may be subject to an early termination fee if canceling before the contract end date.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with MCNM:

  • The client’s account may be suspended.
  • The client may be liable for additional fees, including any costs incurred by MCNM for handling the dispute.

5. Refund Process

Refunds, if granted, will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.

6. Compliance with Nevada Law (NRS)

MCNM operates under Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 598 – Deceptive Trade Practices, ensuring transparency and fair business practices. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be governed by Nevada law and resolved through arbitration or small claims court in Nevada.
